National Council on Crime and Delinquency

Award Category
Drupal Version
Brief Overview

problem A National nonprofit with three separate websites and third-party tools handling publications, the NCCD websites were disjointed, difficult to navigate, and had no sense of connection from a branding perspective. All three sites had different logos, website designs and separate content management systems (if any). solution Project6 first worked with NCCD on a pro-bono basis to develop a brand family. Equipped with a new corporate logo and logos for each of their Centers, NCCD now had a sense of brand cohesion. Next up was merging three website information architectures, keeping all users in mind - creating an elegant user experience. Using one content management system (Drupal), maintaining the new site is a breeze. results The new website not only integrates three websites and three brands into one comprehensive use experience, it also enhanced the features and functionality of all. Leveraging Drupal, the new site has and integrated Blog to keep content fresh, manages all publications (which used to be handled by a third-party hosted service), and allows donations online. Most importantly, it created a single platform for NCCD to showcase all of its programs and services.
